Went in today and had my car scratched up by the machine (see attached photos). Drove all the way back to the location to report the incident, expecting at the very least a reimbursement for the car wash. JJ who was the available manager said he was unable to accept filing a claim and there was nothing he could do (not even refund the car wash!). He gave me a number to call for the claims office. I called the given number to file a claim and was laughed off by the woman who said Autobell doesn’t have a claim service and I need to work with the manager directly. She informed me that JJ wasn’t even the manager at this location, a man named Chad is and I’d have to go through him for any assistance. Truly an awful experience and extremely disappointing customer service.

Love a nice clean car wash! Quick service, people are friendly. In and out just a little too pricey compared to others places.

I had an extremely positive experience today at Autobell on Charlottetowne Ave. Jay was very professional and helpful. He was hustling and had such a positive attitude. Did they get new equipment? The exterior wash was was fantastic. I did not catch the names of the other employees, but they were all polite and did a fantastic job cleaning the inside of my car. I drove away a happy camper!

I haven’t been to an Autobell in years, but after my usual full-service car wash closed, I decided to try the Uptown location while I was in the area. I went on 4/3/2026 in the morning, and they weren’t busy, which makes this even more frustrating. I paid a little over $50 ($45 + tip) for a full-service wash (interior and exterior), and the quality was honestly unacceptable. The interior cleaning felt rushed and incomplete from the start. The vacuuming was poorly done, and they didn’t even lift the floor mats to clean underneath. The windshield, interior windows, and even the sunroof glass were essentially missed. When I pointed it out, they went back over it, but it looked like they did one quick swipe and expected that to fix everything, which it didn’t. I also don’t think the dashboard was touched at all. There was still visible dust and buildup that should have been addressed with even a basic wipe-down. On the exterior, the back of my SUV didn’t come clean in the wash, especially the main surface areas, and it looked like only the edges got any attention. I just want to thank autobell employees for doing a great horrible job today for almost 50 dollars this is the worst experience I had at this car wash. Hope y’all can make things right by refunding my money back this even had my mom very upset. Which makes me ever unhappy. Thanks for leaving y’all’s rags in my car
